What the connection can do

List files shared with Synergoi or created by it; read plain-text files; read Google Docs as exported text; and read the first sheet of a Google Sheets file as CSV. Supported writes create or replace plain-text files. This connection does not edit native Google Docs or Sheets, read PDFs, access Gmail or NotebookLM, or search your entire Drive.

What you authorize

Synergoi requests Google’s drive.file permission to work with files you select or it creates. It reads account identity details to label the connection, and file names, IDs, types, and requested contents to perform your task. A capability switch limits Synergoi tools; it does not remove the consent granted in your Google Account.

Where your content goes

Sign-in credentials are encrypted on your computer. The connection communicates directly with Google. File contents used in a chat can be saved in local history and sent to the AI provider selected for that chat through its CLI. Provider switches may carry that context forward. A paired iPhone may receive chat content through the encrypted companion relay. Review your AI provider’s data-use settings before sharing sensitive files.

Tracewyn does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. The selected AI provider’s own account terms govern its processing; local storage is not a promise that content never leaves your computer.

Connect, disconnect, or remove data

Open Settings → Integrations → Google Drive in a supported desktop build. Sign in, choose files, and review the account’s capability switches. To stop future access, disconnect there and remove Synergoi in your Google Account connections. Disconnect removes local credentials and attempts Google revocation; it does not delete prior chat results or external copies.
