License & billing

Synergoi is a subscription: $20/month or $149/year ($12.42 a month). Both start with a 7-day free trial. There is one plan — every feature and every update is included. The subscription pays for the cockpit; model usage is billed by your providers on the plans you already have.

What you need

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Within a minute of subscribing you receive an email with a license key. Paste it once into the app's first-run screen or into Settings › General. The key is stored in the app's data folder, never in a project.

The trial

• Pick monthly or yearly at checkout — the trial is 7 days either way.
• You can cancel from the receipt email or your Lemon Squeezy customer portal at any time.
• Cancel inside the 7 days and you pay nothing; the app locks agent work when the trial key stops validating and keeps everything readable.

Activation and machines

A key activates a limited number of installs. Each activation is named after the Mac it runs on. When you retire or reinstall a machine, Settings › General has a one-click Deactivate this machine that frees the slot immediately.

Validation, offline use and the grace period

The app re-validates the key in the background on a schedule. If Lemon Squeezy is unreachable — you're offline, or their API is down — the app keeps working on the last good validation for a 72-hour grace period. After that it shows a locked state until it can validate again.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal (the link is in every receipt). Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for. For anything unusual — a double charge, a key that never arrived — email [email protected] and a person replies.

Teams

Each person on a team needs their own key today; buy one subscription per seat. Invoices with your company details are available from the Lemon Squeezy portal. Volume pricing: email us.
